1.  NOTICE

A proposed amendment shall be submitted, in writing, to the Secretary, who shall refer it to the Board of Directors. Upon approval of the Board, the Secretary shall mail each member of the Club a copy of the proposed amendment, together with notice of the meeting at which the meeting will be considered, and said notice shall be mailed at least ten (10) days prior to the proposed meeting date.

2.   VOTE

An Amendment shall be adopted if, the Board of Directors approves such amendment after a quorum vote, in the affirmative, has been taken at the Board of Directors meeting, and, if, at a duly called meeting, three-fourths (3/4) of the members present cast their votes in the affirmative
