1. RULES

All meetings in connection with the Club shall be governed by the established rules of parliamentary procedure, except as expressly modified by this document, the Constitution and By-Laws of the Lions Club of Cranbury, New Jersey.

2. VOTING

All votes taken, or decisions made, by the Board of Directors shall have a quorum present. The number of members of the Board that shall constitute a quorum shall be as defined in Article X (D), hereunder. All votes by the Board are decided by a majority, with a quorum present.

All voting by the Membership shall be based on a majority vote of Members present at any given Regular meeting.

3. GENERAL

Except as otherwise provided, herein, this Club shall be governed by the rules and regulations of Lions Clubs International.
