On September 27, 1999, the Township Committee established the Human Services Board to provide evaluation, education and coordination of human services within the Township. Areas of need to be addressed by the board are physical and mental health, food, clothing, shelter, transportation and social interaction.
The Board is comprised of between nine and fifteen members representing areas and organizations involved with human services. Members are appointed by the Mayor for five year terms. The Board meets every third Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. in Town Hall.
