Cranbury Park Planning Commission

The Park Planning Commission is an advisory commission, which was established to monitor, review and recommend active and passive recreational facility plans to the Township Committee. The commission focuses on recreational site development.

The commission is made up of five or more members appointed by Township Committee who serve terms of one year.

Movie Night in Village Park After Dark

Thursday, July 31st, the first of what is hoped to become a summer fixture, the Parks and Recreation Boards will present the original 1931 FRANKENSTEIN movie. Gather at Village park before dusk to pick up a supper and dessert from vendors or bring your own, and enjoy the free movie which will begin with old newsreels and cartoons at dusk; approximately at 8:30pm. Come and enjoy this fun-filled evening of fellowship, and your support will ensure that this event will be repeated again next summer.

The movie is FREE, bring picnics lawn chairs, blankets, bug spray and the entire family. Village Park Ball field between the Little league scoreboard and Cranbury Mountain.

The Lions Club will be selling ICE CREAM and other food goodies.
